Who we are

We are Texans who love good food. Our family is blessed to have access to amazing pasture-raised beef and enjoy cooking, grilling, and campfires. We also love innovating flavor profiles with dehydrated butter that complement high-quality, nourishing ingredients. Nothin’ better than great food + family and friends. How we got started…

This year, we chose to homeschool our 8th-grader, prioritizing experiential learning, curiosity, and travel. Our family’s love for food, paired with access to exceptional local beef, half Wagyu, half Black Angus from my husband’s family ranch across the street, sparked the idea for our first product.

One of our favorites is cowboy butter, a rich, savory blend of butter, herbs and spices we slathered on our ranch-fresh steaks. After countless experiments in our kitchen, we perfected a dehydrated version using high-quality herbs, spices, and even butter, all natural, no artificial additives. The real magic happened when Wylie suggested smoking a batch on our pellet grill, creating a deep, unforgettable flavor that set our Signature Cowboy Butter apart. Encouraged by glowing feedback from friends and family, we turned this passion project into a business. For our son, it’s more than a brand, it’s a homeschool adventure in entrepreneurship, from crafting small-batch seasonings to working with research and development to have it produced by an American manufacturer and learning how to market and sell our delicious creation.
